Success at 1, 2, 3 was created to help foster parents raise infants and toddlers. Being a foster parent is challenging.
My wife and I have been foster parents for over 7 years. It has been the hardest thing we have ever done; it has also been the most rewarding thing we have ever done.
As a pediatric physical therapist I have learned many things that have been helpful to other foster parents. I have also learned things from my foster kids that have given me insight to my physical therapy practice.
The more I have learned as a professional and parent, the more I realize I wish I had known what I know now earlier in my journey as a foster parent. This site was created to help other foster parents make their job at least a little bit easier.
